Girl With Staff - Rough

A work in-progress. The pose and character just sorta popped into my head while I was surfing around, so i decided to try and sketch her out. I tried for a more stylized approach than I usually do, and I think it's turning out nicely (There's still lots for me to do with the drawing: for example, I absolutely hate her shoes.). I'm still debating with myself if I want to ink the drawing or not; I really like how the drawing is coming out, and I'd hate to mess it up with a bad ink-job.

At any rate, (constructive) criticisms/suggestions are welcome.
